I am 5’4” and weigh 140 pounds. Chest is 34D. I ordered a small and it fits very well. The chest is a bit snug but still very comfortable. I don’t like a dress that looks like a tent. It hits right above the knee and it’s flowing and airy but not baggy. I ordered the green floral print and the colors are beautiful. The fabric is soft and it is lined. Will buy another.
